To all our NSSCC online competitors:

“On behalf of the Culinary Arts Trust we would like to thank you for your entry in to this years NSSCC at home competition. It has been incredibly rewarding to see so many entries from across the country produced during the Covid-19 lockdown. We trust that you had fun producing your recipe  and sharing the finished product with your isolation bubble.

The next few months are going to be very strange and challenging times for our industry. The future of hospitality will undoubtedly look quite different in the post Covid-19 world. We are going to need talented people like you in order to thrive and would strongly encourage you to continue to pursue your interest in the culinary arts.”
