Serves 1-2

2-4 cos lettuce leaves
1-2 stalks celery, washed
small bunch of watercress, washed
1-2 green apples, cored
¼ cup crushed ice or iced water


Blend ingredients in a strong blender.
Serve chilled in glasses.
