Something different to add to antipasto platters and cheese boards.
1 bunch of kale
2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of sesame seeds (optional)
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Wash kale if required.
Pat dry with paper towels - ensure completely dry so the oil sticks and the kale roasts crispy without steaming.
Slice kale leaves off the stalks
Rub leaves with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt
Place on baking paper on an oven tray and bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or until crisp, but still green in colour.
Watch carefully as kale burns easily!
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
