Black bean dip

A tasty dip with black beans, garlic and orange.

Black bean dip

Ingredients

Makes 400g

2 x 440g cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 orange segmented (peel, pith and core removed)
½ cup orange juice
1 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
pinch chilli powder, optional
pinch salt

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve in small bowl with fresh vegetable sticks and pita crisps for dipping.

Tip: Use as a spread for sandwiches, rolls and wraps.
