Bok choy with sesame oil dressing
Bok choy is delicious served this way.
4-8 bok choy, trimmed
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Half fill a high saucepan with water. Bring to the boil.
Carefully add bok choy, stem down into the bottom of the saucepan.
Simmer until stalks are just cooked and tops are wilted.
Remove bok choy, drain well and place in a serving dish.
Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
