Celery and apple salad

Easy to make, this salad goes well with a baked kūmara or serve it mixed with pasta and tuna. Watch the video on how to make it.


Celery and apple salad


Serves 2-4

2 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 apple, thinly sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
½ cup roughly chopped parsley
½ red onion, sliced


Combine all ingredients and toss together.

• Mix with pasta and canned tuna (cold pasta salad).
• Serve with baked kūmaras
• Serve with a meat patty in a burger.
