An easy to prepare, and balanced snack.
Selection of the following, 1-2 per skewer:
cucumber, sliced then quartered to make wedges
cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
grapes, sliced in half
cooked chicken or roast beef slices/chunks
wholemeal bread, sliced into small squares
kebab skewers as needed
Assemble all ingredients and thread different items onto a skewer until it is full.
Mix savoury and sweet as desired.
