Kale in orange juice
The orange juice and rind adds a great taste to this trendy vegetable.
4-6 kale leaves, stalks removed
¼ cup orange juice
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
orange rind for garnish
Place kale leaves in a heavy-based saucepan, add orange juice, salt and pepper.
Simmer over a low heat for 5-10 minutes. Drain.
Serve immediately garnished with orange rind.
