Kohlrabi wrap

Raw kohlrabi is delicious served this way.

Kohlrabi wrap


Serves 1

1 spinach wrap
2 Tbsp basil pesto
1-2 iceberg lettuce leaves
½ kohlrabi, peeled, and grated or sliced into matchsticks
½ cup shredded chicken
1 carrot, sliced into matchsticks
pinch salt
white pepper, to taste


Place wrap on a board and spread with pesto.
Top with lettuce leaves.
Add kohlrabi, chicken, carrot and spread across the wrap.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Tightly roll the wrap from the bottom to the top.
Then roll in a piece of cooking paper and secure with a piece of string.
Slice in half and serve.

Tip: Wrap again and place in the lunch box.
