A refreshing summer drink, ideal to serve with a platter of fresh vegetables and hummus.
2 cups chopped watermelon
2 cups chopped honeydew or rock melon
1 carrot, grated, optional
1 cup chilled water
Blend melons, carrot and chilled water in a blender.
Place ice in tall glasses.
Pour melon mixture over the ice and serve.
