Orange tomato and cucumber salad
A tasty salad with vibrant colours ideal with barbecued meats.
16 orange cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
4 small cucumbers, sliced in rings
¼ cup vinaigrette
¼ cup chopped parsley
Place tomatoes and cucumbers in a serving bowl.
Add vinaigrette and toss. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.
