Tomato and basil pass-arounds
Delicious mouthfuls of flavour!
5 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
10 small basil leaves
10 pieces diced mozzarella
1-1½ Tbsp virgin olive oil to serve
Place cherry tomato halves in china spoons.
Add a basil leaf and a mozzarella cheese dice.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
