Tomatoes with feta and balsamic glaze

Balsamic glaze goes well with fresh summer tomatoes.

Ingredients

Serves 4

12-16 cherry tomatoes, quartered, or 4 tomatoes, chopped
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup balsamic glaze, crème or syrup
3-4 sprigs of fresh basil

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

Arrange tomatoes and feta on a serving dish.
Drizzle over the balsamic glaze and garnish with the basil sprigs.
Alternatively, divide balsamic glaze into four small bowls, add tomatoes, feta and basil sprigs.
Serve with chunks of French bread.
