When developing resources care is taken to align with Ministry of Health guidelines, and to support public health policies in relation to healthy eating. Our resources are popular in public health settings, medical centres, classrooms and hospitality institutions. 

There is a wide selection of resources available, covering topics from healthy eating tips and ideas for various age groups, preparation information for hospitality students and seasonality. Some resources are provided in Te Reo, Samoan and Tongan. 

All resources are provided free of charge. Many can be easily downloaded, or order hard copies if preferred.
